Scotty Cameron Putter Collecting
Uncover the Joy of Collecting
Why Collect Scotty Cameron Putters?
Scotty Cameron putters are amongst the hottest of golf collectibles including even headcovers.
For the many golfers who have themselves used Cameron putters or their favored golfers do, they can develop a personal connection to the brand.
The many ornate designs and limited editions are highly prized. The game used examples and the top of the heap back-up putters made by Scotty for Tiger Woods have helped the hobby explode of late.
But the wide array of examples makes it difficult for the collector to appreciate which examples are the more collectible or when there’s a fortune sitting in your old golf bag in the basement. Fortunately, GHS member and Scotty Cameron expert Bill Vogeney is writing a series of articles for our society magazine, and we are happy to share some of them here.
